Returns Policy

Because you are buying the secret when you buy a trick, our general policy is:
SORRY- no returns, no refunds, no exchanges for another item.
Please read the description of the trick carefully before you purchase it.
And if you have any questions about it, please contact us first. We’ll be glad to help you choose the right trick.
Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances if you USE THIS CONTACT FORM.
We do our best to work with our customers to make sure you are happy.
Defective tricks, of course, will be cheerfully replaced with a similar- and working!- item.
Sorry, items damaged by the customer cannot be replaced.

How To Cancel an Order

The easiest way is to use our contact form
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily cancel your order. You will get a refund for the full price charged, on the next business day.
If your order has already been shipped, you will receive a refund of the price of the items, but not a refund for the shipping.
Even if you received the free shipping discount, you are now responsible for the actual cost we incurred when we shipped the order to you.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount you paid, and the rest will be refunded to you on the next business day after we receive the returned package.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the package to MagicTricks.com.
If you have not yet received the package, you can save return shipping cost by simply refusing the package.
Take the UNOPENED package to your Post Office, and they will take it back and ship it to us, at no cost to you.
You will still be responsible for the original cost of shipping the package to you.
We do not charge a restocking fee for cancelling an already-shipped order.
However, the package must be shipped back to us without damage.
We strongly recommend either refusing the package, or shipping it back to us via U.S. Priority Mail.
Only returned, undamaged orders will receive a refund.
Returned packages lost by the carrier on the way back to us will be considered unreturned and not eligible for refund.
